Leasehold

Leasehold is a limited right in rem that gives the Leaseholder the authority to hold and use a property belonging to another person. The right is, after ownership, the most comprehensive right of enjoyment in relation to an immovable property.

These General Ground Lease Conditions apply to every ground lease agreement you enter into with Technology Base, whereby Technology Base issues to you a real estate in Ground Lease. In most cases, this will involve the issue of a Building Plot for the construction of business premises, or a building for a social purpose. But it may also be, for example, a Building Plot with a different destination or an existing property. For more information about the ground lease arrangement at Technology Base and about the General Ground Lease Conditions, please contact us using the contact form.

Issuing policy

Technology Base is a legal entity under public law. When acting under private law, it is bound by the general principles of proper administration (Article 3:14 of the Dutch Civil Code). It observes 'offering equal opportunities' when issuing business plots. This memorandum describes how the Executive Board implements this. With this memorandum, it implements the rules formulated by the Supreme Court in the Didam judgment.
