The park management organisation ensures that the site is kept clean, tidy and secure, and is responsible for meeting the occupants’ quality expectations.
The leaseholders become members of the park management organisation and have a say in its tasks, such the quality criteria for the outdoor spaces. The park management organisation is also responsible for security.
Besides that, the park management organisation can facilitate the procurement of shared goods and services such as car-sharing schemes, cleaning and the recycling/collection of waste.
