How do we move people to embrace more technology?

A day without technology is almost impossible to imagine in our daily lives. In fact, society is now geared to it. Think of all the new tools and apps we use every day to arrange all sorts of things: shopping, reserving a table in a restaurant to video calling your GP. Useful for ourselves, but also for municipalities, care institutions and other social organisations. After all, they use these modern technologies to keep residents independent, get them moving, and prevent them from needing more intensive, costly help. But what is the point if these initiatives are not or little used? Often, implementation and adaptation go wrong.

In four rounds, we will go through application areas in which digital tools and modern technologies play a major role. What are the success factors, where are the pitfalls and above all: how do we put the user first?
