Work includes:
  • Performing accounts payable administration;
  • Performing accounts receivable administration, including invoicing and accounts receivable management;
  • Processing salary movements and financial processing of the salary run;
  • Maintaining the liabilities administration;
  • Performing various administrative operations such as preparing payment advice lists, preparing payments and processing bank and cash movements; 
  • Analysing and writing off suspense accounts.
We are looking for a colleague who:
  • MBO working and thinking level in the field of administration;
  • Can work independently;
  • Has good communication skills;
  • Is able to plan and organise well;
  • Works with accuracy and precision;
  • Is flexible and stress-resistant;
  • Has at least 2 years of demonstrable experience in accounting;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Experience with EXACT and experience with personnel administration and payroll is a plus.

About Technology Base

Technology Base (TB) is a partnership between the municipality of Enschede and the province of Overijssel with its own legal personality in the form of a so-called Joint Arrangement (GR). 

Starting in 2010, Technology Base has the task of filling approximately 500 hectares of area, in the heart of Twente's urban area, with new functions such as living and working, in order to strengthen Twente's economy and increase employment. Technology Base is the area owner, fulfilling the function of area director with its own project organisation. About 280 hectares of the original 500 have now been developed or sold. The focus of the project organisation as area owner is on the remaining 220 hectares in ‘Subarea North’. Subarea North, also called Technology Base, consists of a business park and Twente Airport (TA). In addition, the project office directs the completion of the residential parks in the area.

Technology Base carries out the following activities:
  • Developing, renovating, leasing and maintaining (existing) real estate;
  • Developing, realising and maintaining generic facilities (including infrastructure);
  • The sale of plots/property and the leasehold of land;
  • Operating and developing the airport.
