It has become a huge draw, that special location, they notice at Dynteq.

"Many customers are very curious and want to come to us, whereas before we often had to visit customers. Now they enjoy coming here. If they are here then, we are actually already 1-0 ahead, just because of the location and the special building. Ultimately, if the client finds it difficult to choose between us and another party, the location can really help to make that the deciding factor."

An important reason for Dynteq to choose Technology Base is that they work a lot on mobility solutions.

"You naturally want to try these out in practice and be able to test them outside, and of course you can't just do that on public roads. Now we are nicely located on a shielded site, out of sight."

That testing can be done here with very different products, from a cargo bike to a self-tensioning tennis racket.

The location also provides various collaborations with other highly innovative companies located at Technology Base. Dynteq, for instance, works a lot with JFD Ortega, with them doing some of the development and engineering of the submarines. So it certainly does feel like the various high-tech companies, each of which is on its own piece of the site, together do form a whole.
